The representative handled a tough situation for everyone involved and sorted things out even better than we hoped.

The only individual who truly came through for me was Sela Thompson. The first rep I talked to...my call got disconnected. The second one...kept me waiting on hold for more than half an hour. Sela was the sole person who really helped me out. I'd rate her a solid 5 stars. I'd suggest her to anyone! The other two? They get zero stars from me. I'm worried I might steer clear of Rubber Flooring down the line.

My order number is 46743964. To start, the communication has been really poor. I sent a couple of emails, and they couldn’t locate me in their system without my order number. I ended up having to call and wait on hold for 25 minutes just to get through to someone, who finally provided my order number after about four days. Then, my tracking info only showed that it was received and never updated to shipped, so I was left in the dark about shipping details. After several emails and calls, they finally gave me a shipping date for the very next day and insisted I had to be home. When I mentioned I wouldn’t be available, I got zero replies. I didn’t want to miss my delivery, but come on, 12 hours' notice? That’s just ridiculous! I kept sending emails and never heard back. Also, the tile clips break when you try to unsnap the four tiles. You really ought to ship them separately because I ended up breaking about 20 tabs while unclipping them. But honestly, the biggest issue here is the lack of communication! Total fail.

The salesperson was super nice and really helpful, answering all my queries. I reckon the rubber roll is as sturdy as she said, and it turned out to be a tad cheaper (even with shipping) than a puzzle piece product from Home Depot that didn’t lay flat. Plus, it fits my area way better. Can’t wait to get the 4cx10 roll for my home gym! :)

The rep, I think his name was Marcellus (not totally sure on the spelling), was super helpful. He really helped me get a grip on my order's shipping dates and explained why there was a mix-up.
